Daily Habit Grain-Free Chocolate Chunk Blondies
Sometimes there is no better dessert than a chocolate-chip cookie. While these blondies aren’t guilt-free by any means, they’re at least without inflammatory grains, gluten-free and boosted with CBD. Life’s too short to always skip dessert.
Makes 16 blondies: (Each blondie contains 2.5mg of DailyHabit’s CBD)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup creamy almond butter, no sugar added.
- 1 egg
- 4 servings DailyHabit
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside
Beat butter, sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl until creamy, about 2 minutes. Add in almond butter and then egg, beating well after each.. Add in DailyHabit and mix for an additional 30 seconds until combined.
Gradually beat in the almond flour mixture until well combined, do not over mix. Stir in chocolate chunks and pour into pan. Bake 20-25 mins or until set in the center.
